在复杂信息环境下准确获取电子战情报信息是一项相当困难的作战任务,因此在获取具有不确定性或具有统计特征的电子战情报信息的情况下如何开发最优电子战战法就成为联合作战及海军电子战规划中必须解决的难题,借助仿真、概率统计以及博弈分析的混合方法,通过对与复杂信息环境有关的不完全信息进行统计分析,构建了在复杂信息环境下全局最优的电子战战法设计的理论模型,为解决该问题提供了可行方法,该模型应用的结果表明:在复杂信息环境下,全局最优的电子战战法比局部最优的电子战战法更能满足复杂多变的战场需求,取得更好的战果。
It is a very difficult combat task to accurately acquire the electronic warfare information in the complex information environment. Thus, how to develop the optimal electronic warfare tactics in the condition of acquiring the electronic warfare information with the uncertainty or statistical characteristic becomes the difficult problem that must be resolved in the joint operation and naval electronic warfare disposition. According to the statistics analysis on the incomplete information related to the complex information environment,the theory model of overall-optimal electronic warfare tactics design in the complex information environment is built by means of the mixed method based on simulation, probabilistic and game analysis in this paper, which can provide the feasible method for the problem. The results of the application of this model show that the overall-optimal electronic warfare tactics can satisfy the complex battle requirements more than the local-optimal electronic warfare tactics in the complex information environment and can obtain better results.
