Aiming at the problem that the quantity analysis of information deception effecting on electronic warfare tactics is difficult,an application example described in this paper shows that the chance of information deception is determined by the partial order relation constituted by the basic probability matrix elements.The conclusion not only provides a feasible method to solve the problem,but also provides the science base for the research and application of electronic warfare tactics.
