在复杂信息环境下准确获取电子战情报信息是一项相当困难的作战任务,因此在获取具有不确定性或统计特征的电子战情报信息的情况下开发最优电子战战法就成为联合作战及海军电子战规划中必须解决的难题。借助仿真、概率统计以及博弈分析的混合方法,通过对与复杂信息环境有关的不完全信息进行统计分析,构建了在复杂信息环境下全局最优的电子战战法设计的理论模型,为解决该问题提供了可行方法,对该模型的初步研究表明:在复杂信息环境下,全局最优的电子战战法比局部最优的电子战战法更能满足复杂多变的战场需求,取得更好的战果。
It is a very difficult operation task to exactly obtain the electronic warfare(EW) intelligence information in complicated information environment, thus developing the optimal EW tactics in the state of fetching EW intelligence information with uncertainness or statistic characteristic becomes a difficult problem must to be solved in joint operation and naval EW scheme. According to the statistics analysis on incomplete information related with complicated information environment, the global-optimal theory model of EW tactics design in complicated information environment is built by the mixed method based on simulation, probability statistics and game analysis, which provides the reasonable method to solve the problem. The initial research on the model shows that the global-optimal EW tactics can better satisfy the requirement of complicated battle field and acquire the better battle results than local-optimal EW tactics.
