电子战对远程火力突袭航母战斗群战法性能影响

远程火力突袭航母战斗群战法是典型的网络中心战法。分析电子战对该战法性能的影响是战法研究的关键问题之一。根据信息作战和网络中心战原理,构建基于网络中心的战法模型,再用占优分析法分析与电子战有关的信息因素对该战法性能的影响。对一个典型实例的初步试验及分析结果表明:与战场侦察目标能力有关的正确发现目标概率和与远程火力打击目标效果有关的概率以及与远程导弹命中目标有关的概率对该战法的信息与火力联合打击能力的影响分别为20.79%、22.57%和20.20%,是成功突袭航母战斗群的最重要的因素;而网络中心联合战场侦察、评估和远程火力则是充分发挥信息与火力综合优势的科学战法。

英文摘要:

The tactics of long-range fire assaulting on aircraft carrier battle groups is the typical network-centric tactics. Analyzing the influence of electronic warfare on the performance of this tactics is one of the most important problems of tactics research. This paper builds the tactics model based on network-centric tactics according to the principle of information operation and network-centric warfare, and analyzes the influence of information factor related with electronic warfare on the performance of this tactics by dominant-analysis method. The results of initial experiment and research on a typical example show the influence of exact target recognition probability related to the target reconnaissance ability in the battle, the probability related to the effect of long-range fire attacking target and the probability related to the long-range missile hitting the target on the information and fire joint attack ability of this tactics are respectively 20.79%,22.57% and 20.20% ,and the three are the most important factors to assaulting on the aircraft carrier battle groups successfully ; the network-centric tactics combined with the reconnaissance, evaluation and long-range fire are the scientific tactics making full use of the integrative advantage of information and fire.
