承载式车身焊点疲劳寿命分析研究

为了探究座椅子系统正面碰撞台车试验的影响因素,在建立某商用车双人副驾驶座椅有限元模型的基础上,应用HybridⅢ第50百分位假人,搭建了座椅子系统正面碰撞台车试验的分析模型,用台车试验对仿真模型进行了验证。通过正交试验法,系统地研究了安全带初始拉出量,假人与安全带、假人与坐垫、假人与地板、安全带与肩部滑环、安全带与腰部滑环的摩擦因数对假人H点前移量、下潜量的影响。结果表明,安全带初始拉出量、假人与坐垫的摩擦因数对试验结果影响显著。

英文摘要:

In order to explore the factors which influence the results of sled test of seat sub-system in frontal collision, a frontal collision simulation model was setup together with a FE model of Hybrid III 50th percentile dummy, based on an established FE model for a commercial vehicle twin copilot seat. The simulation model was verified in a sled test. And the orthogonal experimental design was used to systematically analyze the factors which influence the ante-displacement and submarining of the H-point of dummy. The factors were the initial length of the belt pulled out from retractor, the friction coefficients between the dummy and the seat belt, between the dummy and the cushion, between the dummy and the floor, between the seat belt and the shoulder slip ring and between the seat belt and the waist slip ring. The results indicate that the most significant factors to the sled test results are the initial length of the belt pulled out from retractor and the friction coefficient between the dummy and the cushion.
