传统编谱方法对低幅载荷只考虑其损伤作用,没有考虑零件的低载强化特性。以某轿车摆臂为对象,编制了耐久性试验用程序载荷谱,再分别按照传统损伤理论与低载强化理论预估零件的疲劳寿命,比较分析两种理论在疲劳寿命预测上的差异。台架试验结果表明,考虑低载强化作用的寿命预测方法对零部件的寿命预测具有更高的精度,这对汽车零部件耐久性试验失效模式和耐久性里程的更精确推断具有重要意义。
Only the fatigue damage of low amplitude loads was considered in the traditional spectrum compilation method. The strengthening effect of the low amplitude loads of components was neglected. In the present study, the program loading spectrum for a vehicle control arm durability test was developed. Then, the fatigue life of this control arm was predicted based on the traditional fatigue damage theory and the low amplitude loads strengthening theory respectively, the difference between these two theories on fatigue life prediction was compared and analysized. The bench test results shows that the fatigue life can be predicted more accurately by considering the strengthening effect of low amplitude loads, and it is significant to predicate the failure mode of durability tests and to estimate durability of mileage of auto components more accurately.
