针对轮边驱动减速系统的齿轮腹板进行了轻量化设计。使用有限元仿真软件对齿轮模型进行拓扑优化.根据拓扑优化结果采用控制变量法进行轻量化设计。对不同设计方案的齿轮腹板进行有限元分析,比较不同结构的应力分布情况,得出最优的齿轮腹板轻量化设计方案。
A lightweight design method of gear webs for wheel-side reducer is researched in this study. Topology optimization of the gear model is processed by the use of simulation software. Lightweight design is made by control variate method and different types of webs are designed. After the simulation of these finite element analysis, comparison of different structures under the stress of gears inside the web are made and gear web optimization is drawn.
