以轿车摆臂为对象,介绍一种汽车零部件程序载荷谱的编制方法。基于对各目标测点载荷谱的特征统计及伪损伤分析,结合结构的低载强化特性,提出一种考虑具有强化效果载荷的程序载荷谱编制方案,避免对低幅载荷只考虑损伤作用这一传统编谱方法的不足。依据摆臂的损伤特性和低载强化特性,结合损伤载荷之间的等损伤准则,研究强化载荷之间的等强化准则,将强化载荷折算到最佳强化载荷级上去,减少载荷试验频次,试验加速效果明显。台架对比试验结果表明,编制的载荷谱中删除大量无效载荷的同时考虑载荷谱中强化载荷的影响,能够更快速、真实地模拟出汽车零部件的实际受载情况,对汽车零部件耐久性试验失效模式的精确判定和耐久性里程的更精确推断具有重要意义。
Taking lower control arm as an example, a program spectrum compiling method for automotive components is introduced. Based on pseudo damage analysis and statistical analysis, combined with structural low loading strengthening property, a spectrum compiling method considering the strengthening effective loads is put forward, which overcomes the deficiency of the traditional methods, of which only the damage effect of low amplitude loads is considered. Meanwhile, referred to the equivalent damage rule between damage loads, the equivalent strengthening rule between strengthening loads is explored. By transferring the strengthening loads to the most effective level, the bench tests see the total cycling blocks decline sharply under home-made specification. It proves that while deleting the useless loads during the spectrum compiling process, the strengthening loads’ influence should be taken into account. Moreover, the real service condition of auto components by simulation can be faster and more real, and it is significant to predicate the failure mode of durability tests and to estimate service life of auto components more accurately.
