对于电动汽车轮边减速系统齿轮组,提出一种基于道路载荷谱的轻量化优化设计方法。根据标准道路循环工况,使用计算外推等转换方法生成齿轮组载荷谱,结合该齿轮的疲劳强度特性,分析齿轮组的可靠性与耐久性。利用控制变量法了解齿轮模数与齿数参数变化对齿轮可靠性与耐久性的影响权重。在满足行驶里程的条件下实现对齿轮轻量化优化设计。
For the gear sets of wheel side reduction systems used in electric vehicles,a new lightweight design method based on road load spectrum is put forward.According to the standard road driving cycle,the computational load spectrum of gears generated by extrapolation methods generate gears and the gear fatigue strength characteristics,the reliability and durability of the gear sets can be analysed.Controlling variable method is used to have a good understanding of how the change of module of gear or the gear parameter influence reliability and durability of gear sets.Meeting the demands of driving mileage required,the lightweight optimization design of gear sets has been made.
