谐振是影响汽车发动机电子控制器电磁兼容的主要问题之一,谐振振幅过大可能会导致EMI辐射超标。从PCB中谐振产生的原理出发,分析了辐射干扰超标的原因,并基于ANSYS/SIWAVE软件对某发动机电子控制器的PCB进行谐振仿真分析,进而将仿真结果应用于ECU的性能改进,取得了很好的效果,为ECU的电磁兼容设计提供了新的思路和方法。
Resonance is a major EMC problem of ECU.It may cause excessive EMI radiation,if the resonance amplitude is too large.Aiming at the problem,the PCB resonances sources are discussed and the reason of excessive radiated emission is analyzed theoretically.The resonance of the PCB is simulated by SIwave.By engineering practice,the results of EMC simulation is applied to the ECU debugging,and got the good result.
