进行整车室内道路模拟试验时,迭代目标谱的选择是关键一步,目前通用的方法是选择中值损伤谱作为迭代目标谱,以某轿车在汽车试验车采集到的载荷谱为例,阐述了一种最小标准差谱作为迭代目标谱的载荷谱的选择方法,并在数值统计分析、雨流循环损伤分布、冲击响应谱和频域疲劳损伤谱四个方面对最小标准差谱和中值损伤谱进行了对比分析,结果表明:最小标准差谱优于中值损伤谱。最后通过进行整车室内台架试验,验证了结论。
How to select the appropriate target spectrum for iterative test is a key point to vehicle indoor road simulation testing,The conventional selecting method is to select the median fatigue damage spectrum as the target spectrum. Therefore,the method of selecting the minimum standard deviation spectrum as the target spectrum is introduced in this paper based on the load spectrum measured in proving ground. To verify the validness of this methodology,analyses and comparison between the two methods are conducted from numerical statistical analysis,rain-flow cycle damage distribution,shock response spectrum and fatigue damage spectrum. The results indicate that the minimum standard deviation spectrum is better than the median fatigue damage spectrum. Finally,the result of vehicle indoor road simulation test shows the methodology is right.
