基于某燃料电池轿车用户道路采集的故障数据,分析了该车的可靠性统计特性。结合燃料电池轿车整车可靠性指标的要求,提出了基于失效率变化量的可靠性分配层次分析法,对燃料电池轿车进行可靠性指标分配优化。优化结果为提高整车及其关键零部件的可靠性和轻量化开发提供了理论依据,也为制定整车及其关键零部件的可靠性增长目标提供了技术基础。
Based on the field test data of a fuel-cell car ( FCC) , the statistical characteristics of reliability for the vehicle is analyzed, and combined with the requirements on the reliability indicators of FCC, an analytic hi-erarchy process ( AHP) for reliability allocation based on failure rate variation is proposed to conduct an allocation optimization for reliability indicators of FCC. The results provide theoretical supports for the reliability improvement and lightweight development of FCC and its key components, as well as the technical bases for formulating their reli-ability growth targets.
