以扭转梁后桥为对象,运用Adams软件对整车参数进行分析,得出后轴轴荷是影响后轮轮心垂向力幅主要因素,然后运用Hype Works软件分析后轮轮心垂向力幅与轮心位移幅的关系,最终得出结论:后轴轴荷是后轮轮心位移幅的最主要因素。继而通过对现有多种乘用车扭转梁后桥疲劳试验案例的研究分析,建立了后轴轴荷与扭转梁后桥疲劳试验加载位移之间的数学关系。由此,建立了通用的扭转梁后桥疲劳试验规范。最后通过将新规范与旧规范进行对比分析,验证了新规范的有效性。
Based on the torsion beam rear axle, the parameters of entire vehicle are analyzed by ADAMS. The result show that the rear axle load is the most significant factor for vertical force amplitude at wheel center. The relationship between vertical force amplitude and displacement amplitude at wheel center are analyzed by Hyper Works. The result show that that the rear axle load is the most significant factor for displacement amplitude at wheel center. By summarizing the existed fatigue test examples for torsion beam rear axle, the relationship is established mathematically between rear axle load and the displacement of torsion beam rear axle. According to the above analysis, the general fatigue test specification for torsion beam rear axles is established. The effectiveness of the new test specification is verified by comparing with old test specification.
