According to the requirement of education teaching reform and cultivating talents, this paper focuses on expounding the importance of habitual thinking in the education innovation process based on the practice of university mathematical classroom teaching, and the effects of positive and negative transfer that habitual thinking brings in mathematical innovative education and discussing how to conquer the negative side and how to raise students' creative ability.
