With the rapid development of higher vocational education, young teachers in higher vocational colleges takes up great proportion, therefore, it is vital for higher vocational colleges to take effective measures to accelerate the pace of the training young teachers, establish and gradually improve the young teacher training model so that they grow up as quickly as possible to undertake the dual task of teaching and research.
