为了在设计峰谷分时电价时充分考虑各类外部因素变动对电价决策结果的影响。从而在一定程度上达到辅助峰谷分时电价方案在实际中的应用与推广的目的,分别从用户需求响应规律及政府最高限价2方面入手对峰谷分时电价进行敏感性分析。算例仿真结果得出了峰谷分时价差随需求响应程度增强而减小,在一定程度上随最高限价上升而增大的重要规律。
In order to consider the influence of different external factors on decision results when designing time-of-use price, this paper carries out the sensitivity analysis of the time-of-use price with respect to demand response law and ceiling price respectively. The results of numerical simulation show that the difference of decided peak and valley prices decreases with the increase of demand response, and increases with the increase of the maximum price ceiling to a certain extent.
