为了使峰谷分时电价能够更好地削峰填谷,科学地进行峰谷时段的划分必不可少。首先,鉴于峰谷时段的划分缺乏理论依据,通过引入半梯形隶属函数来确定某日各时点的隶属度,结合阈值优化函数对阈值进行寻优,得到单日峰谷时段划分模型;其次,基于单日峰谷时段划分模型,构建全年峰谷时段划分模型;最后,结合某区实例分析,求出了全年峰谷时段的划分结果,同时验证了全年峰谷时段划分模型的合理性。
In order to make the transformation from the peak to valley based on TOU power price and smooth the system load,it is necessary to divide the peak-valley period scientifically.Firstly,in view of the lack of theoretical basis of peak-valley time-period partitioning,the paper introduces semi-trapezoid membership function to determine the membership degree of each time point on one day,and gets daily peak-valley time-period division model(DPVD) by using threshold optimization function to optimize the threshold.Then,on the basis of the DPVD,the paper establishes the annual peak-valley time-period division model(APVD).Finally,combined with the analyses of the example from a district,the paper gets the result of annual peak-valley time-period division while verifying its rationality.
