系统梳理了开放式创新领域研究文献,重点针对内向型开放式创新的三大研究主题进行总结和评述:从资源获取和参与主体两个视角归纳内向型开放式创新战略构成要素,从市场、行业、组织和产品特征等方面归纳内向型开放式创新实施前置因素;以创新绩效、市场绩效、财务绩效为评价标准归纳内向型开放式创新与绩效的关系。最后,在分析现有研究缺失的基础上,提出了未来研究方向。
Through the analysis of relevant literatures in the field of open innovation ,this paper focuses on three research topics of inbound open innovation (IOI) .The paper summarizes strategic dimensions of IOI from external resource-search perspective and external partner-participation perspective ,identifies four broad categories of antecedents of IOI adoption including market conditions ,industry conditions ,firm characteristics and product characteristics ,and discusses the rela-tionship between IOI adoption and performance including innovative performance ,market performance and financial per-formance .Finally ,this paper gives some suggestions for future research .
