相对于文化距离而言,制度距离更全面地体现了国家之间在管制、规范和认知方面的差异。因此,制度距离一经提出,就得到了学者们越来越多的关注。基于此,本文沿着制度距离的界定和构成维度,制度距离所导致的外来者劣势,制度距离对跨国公司国际化进程中的东道国选择、国外分支机构的战略偏好及其绩效影响的脉络,试图厘清当前有关制度距离的研究。在此基础上,本文进一步指出了现有研究的不足与未来的研究方向。
Relative to cultural distance,the institutional distance reflects more comprehensive differences at regulative,normative and cognitive dimensions between countries.Therefore,after institutional distance is put forth it gets more and more attention of scholars.Based on this,the paper attempts to clarify the current researches on institutional distance along definition and dimensions of institutional distance,liability of foreignness resulting from institutional distance,and impacts of institutional distance on host country selection,strategy and performance of foreign branches in the internationalization process of multinational corporation.Based on this,the paper further points out the shortages and the directions of future researches.
