探索价值网络的结构化属性对智力资本配置的影响,厘清作用机制和路径,以及战略开放性和文化距离的调节作用。以中国高技术企业为样本,通过多元(层级)线性回归分析发现:网络中心性均正向显著影响配置广度和稳定性;网络密度均正向显著影响配置广度和稳定性;战略开放性均正向显著调节网络中心性与配置广度之间、网络中心性与配置稳定性之间的关系;文化距离正向显著调节网络密度与配置广度之间的关系,而负向调节网络密度与配置稳定性之间的关系不显著。
This paper explored the effects of structural attributes of value network on intellectual capital configuration, clari-fying the mechanism and routine, as well as the moderating effects of strategic openness and cultural distance. Using Chi-nese high-tech enterprises as the sample, with multivariate linear(hierarchical) regression, the results suggested that : net-work centrality both significantly had positive effects on breadth and stability; network density had the same effects as net-work centrality; strategic openness significantly and positively moderated the relationship between network centrality andbreadth, as well as relationship between network centrality and stability; cultural distance significantly and positively moder-ated the relationship between network density and breadth, while negatively moderated the relationship between network den-sity and stability.
