以213家中国跨国公司为样本开展实证研究,发现探索式学习能力更易于产生突破式创新绩效,利用式学习能力更易于产生渐进式创新绩效。此外,将两种学习能力进行整合,组成高探索-高利用、高探索-低利用、低探索-高利用和低探索-低利用四种战略,发现高探索-低利用式的匹配战略更易于产生突破式创新绩效,而低探索-高利用和低探索-低利用的匹配战略更易于产生渐进式创新绩效。
Based on the empirical study of 213 Chinese MNCs,this paper finds out that exploratory learning capability positively influences radical innovation performance; exploitative learning capability positively influences incremental performance. Besides,it combines two learning capabilities into 4 matching strategies,that is the high exploratory-high exploitative,high exploratory-low exploitative,low exploratory-high exploitative,low exploratory-low exploitative. Result also shows that high exploratory-low exploitative strategy leads to radical innovation performance,low exploratory-high exploitative and low exploratory-low exploitative strategies lead to incremental innovation performance.
