基于开放式创新相关理论和对18家银行高管的访谈结果,重新开发、构建具有可操作性的银行开放式创新战略构成维度;利用126家样本银行数据,检验银行在金融产品和信息技术领域开展开放式创新对绩效的影响作用.研究结果表明:银行主要通过与顾客、技术供应商、金融机构和研究机构展开合作实施开放式创新战略,开放式创新对银行产品创新、信息技术创新和经营绩效都有显著的提升效应,不同外部主体在参与程度以及产生的绩效影响效应方面存在些许差异;知识管理能力在开放式创新与绩效之间起到显著的调节作用;银行产品创新与信息技术创新之间的交互作用对银行经营绩效产生直接的正向影响,二者协调发展有利于银行经营绩效的提升.
Based on open innovation theory and interviews with managers of 18 banks, it re-developed and built open innovation strategy constitution in banking. It carried out an empirical analysis based on 126 questionnaires of sample hanks, in order to investigate the impact of financial product and information technology open innovation on company performance. The results show that the banks implement the strategy of open innovation primarily through collaboration with customers, technological suppliers, financial institutions and research institutions, and open innovation significantly promotes product innovation, IT innovation and operational performance. However, there exist some minor differences in the participation extent and effects on performance among these partners. Knowledge management capability moderates the positive relationship between open innovation and performance. At the same time, product innovation and IT innovation have interactive effects on operational performance.
