Branching processes with migration in random environments are introduced in this paper. Its Markov propertity,conditional generating function and conditional expectation on random environments are obtained. Also the properties of conditional expectations on random environments of the number of particles migrating in each generation and that of descendants produced by a single particle in each generation are discussed.
