首先应用动态特性的田口稳健性设计理论,对多品种小批量生产工序的输出响应值与输入值建模分析,估计出模型参数以及信噪比评价指标,找出影响输出响应值的因素。并通过试验设计与分析。找到最佳可控因素水平组合,使输出响应值对于噪声因素不敏感,而对输入值很敏感。最终使得对于不同的生产品种以及对于投入的新品种,过程的输出响应值均达到稳健的目的,从而大大提高过程质量。最后应用电子束表面硬化案例进行了仿真分析。
Firstly it employs Taguchi robust design with dynamic quality characteristic to model the linear relation ship between output response value and input value with multi - variety and low - volume production process, and estimates the parameter of model and the ratio of signal to noise, and defines the influence factors as well as their levels affecting output response. The settings of optimal control factor levels are found through design and analysis of Taguchi robust experiment, which makes the output response value insensitive to the noise factors and sensitive to input, so for every product variety and new product variety, thus the output responses of the process are robust and the process is greatly improved. Finally an Electrical Beam Surface Hardening case is introduced to simulate the process.
