The essence of business management innovation is to continuously improve and optimize business processes and thus improves business competency and profitability. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of business management innovation and the nature of Lean Six Sigma, the paper presents that Lean Six Sigma is an effective way to achieve business management innovation. Finally, successful cases of business management innovation based on Lean Six Sigma are given, including Baosteel, AVIC I and Dell as models to be learned by other enterprises.
