由于影响煤仓储运系统的故障因素多带有并发性、异步性及随机性的特点,所以定性和定量分析煤仓储运系统的可靠性较为复杂。该文利用随机Petrl网构建了煤仓储运系统的模型。该模型直观地反映了煤仓储运系统的实际组成及其运行状态,讨论了可修复条件下系统的状态及其转换关系,揭示了煤仓储运系统可靠性的构成并对其可靠性问题进行深入地分析,从而得出系统可靠度的表达式。最后,结合具体煤仓实例分析了模型及其算法的可行性,得出了改善实际煤仓储运系统的相关建议。结果表明,此方法为分析煤仓储运系统可靠性提供新的途径。
A bunker plays a special role in the buffer of coal logistics system. The failure of the bunker transportation system is reduced and the fluctuation or aberrance is decreased through linking, storage and reshipping to the coal flow. Since the failure factors influencing the bunker transportation system have the characteristics of concurrence, asynchronous and randomicity, to analyzes the reliability of the system qualitatively and quantitatively is very complicated. This study shows that the stochastic Petri Net can be used to solve the problem effectively. The model of the bunker transportation system is constructed and its operating states are intuitively reflected by using the stochastic Petri Net. Under the repairable condition, the states and conversion relation of the bunker transportation system are discussed. Moreover, the constitutes of the system reliability are disclosed, the system reliability problem is analyzed in detail and the expressions of the system reliability are obtained. Finally, the feasibility of models and their algorithm is analyzed with bunker instances and the related suggestions to improvea real bunker transportation system are educed. The results show that a new approach for studying the reliability of a bunker transportation system is provided by this method.
