利用高效液相色谱法,建立了牛蒡子药材中牛蒡子苷含量的测定方法.在色谱柱为TC-C18（5μm 4.6×250 mm）;流动相为甲醇-水（48∶52）;进样量为10μL;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测器为VWD;检测波长为280 nm的色谱条件下,牛蒡子苷在0.420～42.000μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=-1.762 7＋309335 4.4x,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为114.43%.
英文摘要：
A HPLC method for the determination of the content of Arctiin in Arctium lappa L.was established.A Agilent TC-C18 column（5 μm 4.6×250 mm）was used with Methanol-Water（48：52） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Content was detected at a wavelength of 280 nm.The linear range was 0.420~42.000 μg/mL,r=0.9998.The average recovery rate was 114.43%.The method was simple,accurate and reproductive.
