在研究圆柱定子超声波电动机结构和工作原理的基础上,运用有限元分析软件建立了超声波电动机定子的有限元计算模型,对纵向、弯曲振动模态进行了分析,研究了定子结构参数对驱动振子谐振频率的影响,研究结论为圆柱定子超声波电动机设计提供了相关理论依据。
The structure and operating principles of the ultrasonic motor with cylinder stator and its calculation model were established with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Based on the analysis of the longitudinal and bending vibration modes, the effect of the motor structural parameters on mode frequencies was discussed and summarized. Some helpful conclusions are drawn that provide theoretical basis for the design of the propscd motor.
