内生真菌对福建金线莲栽培及酶活性的影响

目的研究在野外盆栽条件下内生真菌AR-18对福建金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)生长发育的影响。方法福建金线莲组培苗接菌移栽于草炭土或蛭石基质中,1年后收获,观察苗的生长势,统计成活率,称鲜重和干重,同时测定β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶、多酚氧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性。结果在草炭土和蛭石基质上,接菌的福建金线莲苗成活率均达100%;真菌对福建金线莲鲜重的增加有极显著促进作用(P〈0.01),分别为对照组的1.77和1.83倍;真菌对福建金线莲干重的增加有显著促进作用(P〈0.05),分别为对照组的1.13和1.28倍。接菌后4种酶活性均高于对照组。结论在福建金线莲的家栽过程中可利用内生真菌提高成活率和产量。

英文摘要:

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of endophytic fungi AR-18 (Epulorhiza sp. ) on the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii. METHODS A. roxburghii was incubated with endophytic fungi AR-18, harvested after being cultured for age in peat or vermiculite medium. Seedling's growth vigor were observed, statistics were taken, fresh weight and dry weight were gained, and enzyme activities of β-1,3-glucanase, chitinase, polyphenoloxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammoenia-lyase (PAL) were determined. RESULTS In peat and vermiculite medium, the survival rates of A. roxburghii incubated with endophytic fungi were both 100%. The fungi extremely significantly increased the fresh weight of A. roxburghii seedlings( P 〈 0.01 ), which was 1.77 times and 1.83 times as that of the non-inoculated ones, respectively. The fungi significantly increased the dry weight of seedlings( P 〈 0. 05 ) , which was 1.13 times and 1.28 times as control, respectively. The four enzyme activities were enhanced in the seedlings incubated with endophytic fungi,compared with the control. CONCLUSION Survival rates and yield of A. roxburghii can be increased by the transplantation cultivation of endophytic fungi.
