The rise of modem philosophy of cognitive neuroscience effectively promotes the philosophical research on brain cognition. It reflects on and inspects the theoretical foundation and research methods of cognitive neuroscience systematically, and points out the study direction of the relationship of traditional mind- brain problem at the same time. The article analyses the research paradigms, focusing problems and developmental trend of modem philosophy of cognitive neuroscience. It points out that the development of philosophy of cognitive neuroscience is philosophical- ly based on the mechanism of brain cognition. It provides the best and sufficient cognitive reason for getting out of the long - term cognitive dilemma and for revealing the relationship of mind - brain. It is of philosophical signifi- cance and theoretical value.
