静重式力基准机在加卸砝码时存在加载力值组合少、冲击大、精度低等问题。为此,分析并提出了力基准机独立连续加码的加卸砝码方式,设计了实现这种方式的机械结构。采用机械弹性系统,减小了整个系统的冲击。设计浮动升降托架,使得整个系统能够实现机械自适应。
It had some defects such as less weights combined, greater force impact and lower accuracy when loading weights and uninstalling weights on the traditional primary force standard machine. Therefore, the manner of loading weights respectively and con tinuously on the primary force standard machine was analyzed and put forward, and the mechanical structure to achieve this manner was designed. The impact on the whole system was reduced by the machine using mechanical flexibility system. At one time, by de signed the floating updown bracket, the adaptive machine can be achieved on the whole system.
