为了提高传统静重式力基准机的加码效率、精度和稳定性,设计了力基准机独立连续加码设备,并着重对力基准机独立连续加码控制系统进行了分析和设计。利用PLC和组态软件实现了力基准机独立连续加码的自动控制和实时监控,大大提高了力基准机的加码效率、精度和稳定性。通过联机调试验证了该控制系统的可行性,对于同类力基准机的改造和开发具有一定的工程借鉴价值。
To improve loading weights efficiency, precision and stability of traditional primary force standard machine, a device of loading weights respective and continuous for primary force standard machine was designed. The analysis and design for the primary force standard machine loading weights respective and continuous control system were emphasized. PLC and configuration software were used to realize automatic control and real time monitoring. So the loading weights efficiency, precision and stability were greatly im- proved. The feasibility of the system was proved through on-line debugging. The system has certain reference value for the primary force standard machine reform and design.
