选用盐酸和蒸馏水对D201强碱性阴离子交换树脂(Cl型)进行脱附再生,考查洗脱剂浓度、洗脱时间、洗脱温度对洗脱效果的影响。结果表明,25℃时,使用2倍树脂体积的1mol/L盐酸和3倍树脂体积的蒸馏水对吸附饱和的D201树脂(吸附含量14.4mg/g)进行洗脱,脱铁率达到98%。
Hydrochloric acid and distilled water were selected to regenerate D201 strong basic anion exchange resin(Cl type).The effects of concentration of eluant,elution time,and elution temperature on elution effect were investigated.The results show that iron elution rate is 98% from D201 resin(adsorption saturation content 9.6mg/mL)under the conditions including temperature of 25 ℃,2times volume of resin of 1mol/L HCl,and 3volumes of resin of distilled water to follow.
