研究了采用加碱焙烧一盐酸浸出法从粉煤灰中浸出钛,考察了盐酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、搅拌速度和液固体积质量比对钛浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:将粉煤灰与氢氧化钠按质量比1:1混匀,在微波功率800W下焙烧5min后再进行浸出,钛浸出效果更好;在盐酸浓度11.64mol/L、浸出温度88℃、浸出时间8h、搅拌速度1200r/min、液固体积质量比9:1条件下,钛浸出率为85.77%。
Leaching of titanium using hydrochloric acid from fly ash roasted with alkali was studied. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time, stirring speed and ratio of liquid-to-solid on the leaching rate of titanium were examined. The results show that the leaching effect of titanium is better when the fly ash is roasted under the conditions of mass ratio of fly ash-to-sodium hydroxide of 1: 1 ,roasting time of 5 min,microwave power of 800 W. Under the leaching conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 11.64 mol/L,temperature of 88 ℃, time of 8 h, stirring speed of 1 200 r/min and ratio of liquid-to-solid of 9 : 1,the leaching rate of titanium can reach 85.77%.
