针对临床中常用的两种骨水泥进行了比较分析,采用有限元方法获得了骨水泥层的应力分布和数值大小的直观图。结果表明:目前临床采用的Ti6Al4V、316L和CoCrMo假体材料均具有应力遮挡现象,只是弹性模量不同遮挡会产生差异,具体表现为弹性模量越高遮挡越明显;对PMMA和CAP两种骨水泥固定的假体进行分析后得出,采用骨水泥固定方法的股骨所受到的应力数值要大于生物学(无骨水泥)固定方法下的股骨,骨水泥对于减少应力遮挡有一定的作用,对于术后假体的固定和患者的康复均具有积极的作用。
