应用逆向工程原理,通过对活人股骨的CT图像数据进行选取和边界识别,建立不同扫描层的边界曲线并最终拟合成人体股骨曲面,在Pro/E软件中对曲面进行拟合及实体化处理得到三维实体模型并与假体进行装配,然后通过Pro/E与ANSYS的接口将数据导入ANSYS中作进一步分析。
A living human femur through CT images has reconstructed by using mimic software. The femur surface is generated from Pro/E, and the assembly of femur with other parts is sent to ANSYS through an interface between Pro/E and ANSYS for stress analysis.
