针对新元煤炭公司综采面生产过程中存在上隅角、回风巷和尾巷瓦斯浓度超限的问题,文章在对试验区域综采面瓦斯涌出特征进行分析的基础上,提出了采空区密闭横贯(超大径管路传输)抽放、尾巷倾斜大直径钻孔抽放和本煤层大直径顺层平行钻孔预抽的瓦斯综合治理技术。现场实践表明,该综合治理技术有效解决了瓦斯浓度超限难题,满足安全生产要求,并为其它矿井瓦斯治理提供新的技术手段。
Acc.ording to the gas content over limit problem at the top corner, the air retunfing gateway and the tail gateway existed during the production proeess of the fully mechanized coal mining face in Xinyuan Coal Company, base on the analysis on the gas emission features of the fully mechanized coal mining face ill the trial area, a gas comprehensive control technology with the closed traversed (large diameter pipeline transportation) drainage in goal, the inclined large diameter borehole gas drainage in the tail gateway and large diameter in seam parallel borehole pre - drainage was provided. The site practices showed that the comprehensive control technology could effectively solve the gas content over limit problem, could meet the requirements of the safety production and could provide the new technical means to the gas control in other mines.
