维护放煤巷道稳定是急倾斜煤层放顶煤采煤法成功的关键.根据放煤巷道断面收缩率和支架损坏率,将放煤巷道稳定性分为3类:稳定、中等稳定和不稳定.首先充分考虑影响放煤巷道稳定性的围岩条件、放煤工艺参数和支护方案等3个方面的11个因素,并借鉴距离判别分析理论,建立了放煤巷道稳定性分类的距离判别分析模型.最后,把该模型用于放煤巷道支护方案的优选.模型检验结果和实际应用表明:距离判别分析模型分类性能好,识别精度高,是放煤巷道稳定性分类的一种有效方法.该方法对巷道稳定性分类和支护方案选择等具有重要意义.
The stability of caving roadway is the key point of the success of the system of roadway sub-level caving in steep seam.According to area reduction ratio and damage ratio of supports,the stability of caving roadway is classified into 3 types:stability,middle stability and instability.The 11 factors on the stability of caving roadway are fully considered.A distance dicriminant analysis model for stability classification of caving roadway is established based on the distance discriminant analysis theory.Finally,the model is applied to optimal selection of support patterns for caving roadway.Testing result and application of the model show that the distance dicriminant analysis model has a great classification capability and a high distinguishing accuracy,and it is an effective method for the stability classification of caving roadway.This will play an important role in roadway stability classification and support patterns selection.
