Now economic growth has led to ecological crisis. The operation of modern economy can attribute to＂Ponzi mechanism＂. It is wrong for natural resources to supply in an unlimited way,but in fact economic growth comes from ＂improvement of ecological efficiency＂,and low carbon and low consumption will take place of economic expansion. Consumption of ecological environment will promote ＂expansion dynamics＂,low carbon from consumers will improve efficiency,and ecological price will change the situation of the consumption of the ecological resources.
