基于非导向距离函数构建的低能源发展指数,对河南省18个地市2005—2013年的能源利用效率情况进行了研究。研究表明,河南省的低能源发展指数处于中上水平,但是没有明显的从高能源发展向低能源发展的转变的证据;河南省整体上的低能源发展指数有逐渐减小的趋势以及明显的区域不平衡性;从时间角度来说河南省各地市的低能源发展指数趋于稳定;从空间角度来说,低能源发展指数具有明显的＂集聚＂效应。
英文摘要：
By using the distance function,this article construct an index of low-energy development to evaluate energy efficiency.This research,uses the Data Envelopment Analysis method to study the panel data of Henan province over the period from 2005 to 2013.The analysis shows that the low-energy development index of Henan province is in the middle and upper level.However,there is no obvious transition from high-energy development to low-energy development,the overall trend is gradually reduced and obviously has a regional imbalance feature.Meanwhile,the lowenergy development index of Henan province tends to be stable and has an obvious‘aggregate＇effect.
