协同创新已经成为了我国技术创新重要模式之一，目前中国的协同创新存在很多问题。协同创新是在政府的指导下，以市场为导向、企业为主体、大学和研究机构为主力军、金融机构为支撑的创新模式，但是我国现阶段的协同创新大多是政府带头、政府出资，市场和金融机构没有很好的进入协同创新中来。通过系统仿真的方法研究协同创新的各方资金来源之间的关系，分析在协同创新各个阶段各方资金所扮演的角色。

英文摘要：

Nowadays, with the advance of the economy and society, the collaborative innovation has already become one of the most important models of technology innovation in China. However, the present collaborative innovation in China is not perfect and has a number of problems. The mature and well-developed collaborative innovation model is supposed to be directed by the market and sup- ported by the financial institutions under the leadership and guidance of the government. The body of the collaborative innovation should be enterprises and the main force is colleges and universities as well as the research institutions. However, in fact, at the present stage, most of the collaborative innovations in China is mainly led and directed by government instead of the market. In addition, most of them are funded by government instead of financial institutions. This article studies the relationship among different parties and ana- lyses roles played by all parties in the collaborative innovation model by system simulation.
