以区域协同创新效率评价为研究对象,基于三螺旋理论构建了区域协同创新效率的两阶段评价模型,并选取相应的评价指标体系。进而选择我国31个省区市的创新投入和产出数据,运用超效率数据包络分析方法（SE-DEA）进行实证研究。根据效率评价结果,分析了我国区域协同创新的现状和存在的问题,并提出对策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper focuses on the evaluation of regional synergistic innovation efficiency. Based on the triple helix theory, this paper establishes a two-stage evaluation model and chooses the evaluation index system to evaluate the regional synergistic innovation efficiency. On the basis of the model and the index system, this paper uses the innovation input and innovation output data of 31 provinces or municipalities of China to conduct an empirical study by using the super-efficiency data envelopment analysis （SE-DEA）. At last, according to the evaluation results of the regional synergistic innovation efficiency, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of China＇s regional synergistic innovation, then puts forward some corresponding pertinence countermeasures and suggestions to promote the regional synergistic innovation efficiency of China based on the previous study.
