This paper presented a theoretical framework for the relations between industry knowledge base, col laborative innovation network structure and technological capability of enterprise from the perspective of resources networks, and the results. It found that industry knowledge base can not only directly improve the technological ca pabilities, also produce positive effects on technical capabilities through the intermediary of the collaborative innova tion networks.
