英文摘要：
It divided cooperative innovation of firms into two categories： cooperation or noncooperation between firms, and the payoff matrix and evolutionary game models were built. The strategy of cooperative innovation of firms was analyzed through the evolutionary game by the parameter variation, phase diagram and numerical simulation. The results indicate that the key factor for choosing the strategy of cooperative innovation is the cooperative profit with university-industry collaboration ; investment, profit ratio of two parties, and cooperative history of both sides can influence the choice of the strategy of cooperative innovation. When the profit ratios of two parties are equal, the probability of cooperation between the two sides is the most, while great disparity leads to noncooperation.
