基于以往研究和中国产学研实践，提出了一个新的研究框架，从情境性、过程性两个维度探讨我国产学研协同创新模式。其中，情境性包括文化情境、知识情境、价值情境3个层次，过程性分为合作动力、合作界面、合作结果3个阶段，并指出协同创新网络是一个开放式、超区域创新网络。最后，构建了基于中国情境的产学研协同创新模型，通过案例分析，从理论上证实了“2011计划”协同创新中心是一种基于中国情境的创新模式。
英文摘要：
It presented a new research framework based on previous papers and Industry-University-Research cooperation in China, and it explored the model of collaborative innovation from the two dimensions of situational and procedural perspective. The situa tional context included three levels of cultural situation,knowledge situation and value situation. The process context included three stages of cooperation power, collaboration interface and cooperation results. It noted that collaborative innovation network is an open, supra-regional innovation network, then it integrated a Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation model based on the Chinese scene,and it theoretically confirmed the 2011 program is a China-based innovation model scenario using case studies.
