建立创新型国家离不开多元化、多渠道、多层次的科技投融资体系。在投融资机制研究中，运用实物期权研究投融资的互动机制与企业技术创新的关系问题近年来才引起学者们的注意，实物期权方法以其对不确定性因素、动态随机性、多阶段的决策灵活性的刻画等倍受学者们的关注。本文在回顾了实物期权投融资互动机制的研究现状基础上，提出了企业技术创新的投融资途径和方法。

Setting up an establishment of innovation-oriented country can not be separated from a diversified, multiple channel, multilevel scientific and technological investment and financing mechanism. In the study of investment and financing mechanism, the use of real options research interaction of investment and financing mechanism and enterprises technological innovation problem only has been attracted the attention of scholars in recent years. The real options method of its uncertainties, dynamic random, multi-stage decision and flexibility to portray have been concerned by many scholars. After reviewing the study of the real options and investment and financing mechanism, we have proposed a corporate investment and financing of technological innovation methods and ways.
