Skill-based strategic alliances are becoming an increasingly important cooperation form in the alliances among competitive firms, and bargaining power of firms is very essential in the alliances. This paper explores the relationship among bargaining power, knowledge acquisition, and learning capacity; and finds the changing mechanism of bargaining effect of knowledge acquisition. It is proved tant factors of bargaining power rising. These power in skill-based strategic alliances according to the learning capacity and knowledge acquisition are imporfindings provide finns with concrete guidelines in strength ening their competences and survival in competitive and cooperative practices.
