飞行器概念设计阶段,关联矩阵用来描述计算模型与设计参数之间的关系,设计结构矩阵用来表示计算模型之间的依赖关系。通过关联矩阵进行输入输出传播,可确定部分计算模型与相关设计参数的关系,并识别出耦合模型集。在这一阶段由于输入输出设计参数并未固定,使得在对关联矩阵进行解耦过程中存在很多不同的结果。文中以遗传算法为优化工具,经过目标函数的设立、编码、交叉算子、变异算子等的设计,确定耦合集内计算模型的最优求解顺序和最优解耦结果。最后通过对一个简单飞行器设计实例验证了算法的可行性。
At the stage of concept design of the aircraft, the IM (Incidence Matrix) describes the relationship between design variables and equations/models and DSM has been used to express the dependency relationships between the computational models. Many kinds of result are obtained in the process of decoupling for IM because the input and output designing parameters are not fixed. The designer specifies the independent (known) design variables first. Then the variable flow is modeled by using the IM. It determines how the data flows through the models, and also identifies any strongly connected models (SCMs). The optimal solving order and decoupling result of computing model are established in the coupling set by using genetic algorithm, including establishment of objective function, coding, designs of cross operator and mutational operator. Finally, a simple aircraft designing demonstrates that this algorithm is feasible.
