针对传统静态的制造系统不能很好满足动态市场需求变化这一缺点,建立了基于控制理论的可重构制造系统生产能力可测的多重反馈自适应动态模型。对系统进行了优化,并设计出了相应的PID控制器。为了得到较优的控制参数,进一步运用正交试验法对PID参数进行了二次整定优化。最后通过实例验证了通过正交试验所设计的控制器的有效性和可行性。研究结果为可重构制造系统实时适应市场动态需求的变化提供了一条有效的解决问题的方法和途径。
Aiming at the disadvantage of the traditional manufacturing system which can not meet the dynamic market demands well, a multi--feedback adaptive dynamic model of the capacity scalability in reconfigurable manufacturing system was established. The PID controller was designed to optimize the system,and the PID parameters were made a further optimization by orthogonal design in order to get much better control parameters. An example was given and the results indicate that the con troller designed by orthogonal design is effective and feasible, so it provides an effective approach for reconfigurable manufacturing system to adapt the dynamic market demands all the time.
