引入灰色系统理论方法,以解决信息不确定下的虚拟企业评价体系的生成问题。首先,提出了含灰色不确定性的虚拟企业评价体系的总体框架。接着在其指标优选环节中,重点研究了灰色系统理论的灰色关联分析;对现有的灰色关联分析方法进行扩展,结合质量控制中的标准化概念,提出灰色关联分析中的标准化算子;为了改变以往的灰色关联算子两个序列阶次需相等的局限,又提出了变阶算子的概念(具体包括乘幂、指数、对数算子)。最后,在虚拟企业评价体系的构建阶段,结合灰色模糊集理论提出了灰色模糊评价体系,并引入了GM预测模型,使得评价体系能够反映观企业将来的状态。
Grey system method is introduced to deal with the information uncertainty problem in building an evaluation system for virtual enterprises. First,a framework including grey uncertainty is proposed for the evaluation system for virtual enterprise. Then, in the indexes selection step, the grey relation analysis is studied. To extend the current grey relation analysis method, a standardization operator is defined. In order to break through the limitation that the two data sequences should have an equivalent order, some variable operators including power, index and logarithmic operator are defined as well. Finally, in the building step of the evaluation system for virtual enterprise, a grey-fuzzy evaluation system with GM model is proposed on the basis of grey-fuzzy set theory so that the evaluation system is able to predict the future status of the enterprises.
